how the mapping between pySubjectID and CustomerID happen?

In the Interaction History Fact table "pySubjectID" represent the customer with whom the interaction was happen.

Question is, when we run a strategy the CustomerID is on the Primary page, how this CustomerID value get copied into the pySubjectID property of the Data-Decision-IH-Fact class? what is the data transform or the activity perform this transformation?

Hi Shankha, 

I doubt it's a data transform doing this. I would assume it is the strategy implementation code that takes the class key and uses that to populate pxSubjectID (yes, px here, no typo). Then there's the IH dataset that somehow maps it to the table field, presumably also through Java code. But I'm not sure. Real developers may want to comment, but why are you asking? What is it that you try to do?
