Never done that, but your question is too general to answer with concrete content. Can you elaborate your requirement? From what I read, AWS QLDB does provide a java driver: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/qldb/latest/developerguide/getting-started.java.html. So in theory, you most likely would have to write custom java to achieve whatever you need for your business case.
