How to import a product ?
Hello,
I need to export a product from Server 1 to Server 2.
I exported the product from Server 1, But when i want to import it, i used the wizard Configure>Application>Distribution>Import, The prodct was successfuly imported.
And the problem is that i cannot see the app i ve imported? how to manage it and implement it?
Do you have any steps that i need to follow when the app is imported?

Application might be moved to Server 2. You can confirm that by going to Records explorer and see Application instances.
The issue could be because the operator you currently logged in doesn't have Access Group configured for the imported application. You can either configure it properly or move one of the operator which you were using on Server 1 for that application to Server 2 and login with that.
