How the Hyperlink content can be loaded within same page (except popup or new window)?

Hi,

How to add links to different sections of the same form. Example is attached below. I am using Pega 7.2 version.

If we click on Link how the paragraph or Text area will be loaded corresponding to link within same form?

After some analysis and getting clarification on requirements, we need to use embeded webpage  and be responsive.

1) How to use Iframe ? 

2) how to embed iframe in a section ?
