How to handle prospect customers in Pega 8.8.1
I the below document it is asked to create a property to manage prospect customers but what is the next step after that.
How can we serve the prospect customers through inbound and outbound channels

@DharanyaM6431 If I understand the question, you treat your Prospects much as you treat your customers, so ensure the “Is Prospect” flag is set correctly in your data model, and in the Eligibility criteria’s within NBAD specify the specific rules that apply to your Prospects.
