How to get text box default value based on condition from data page ?
hi Team,
I want to add Default value In text box , but my default value now located in data page, i want to get that default value based on some condition.
in here I have tried this way .
I have Tried to call my data page in here and get default value from data page, but I don't know what is the function,
for that is there any method or specifi funtion for this ?

@Eranda10274 okay, you can also set default value in the data transform of the pre processing flow action. You can set the value in DT based on conditions and in the screen user will be seeing the same.

@Anoop Krishna I can't use pre processing, becouse condition will change based on for dropdown value,
I tryed this way
but 1 and 3 field, no Idea for this

@Eranda10274ok, let me understand your requirement. You want to display a default value in the dropdown field. Is this default value same always or would it be different based on some logics?

hi @Anoop Krishna, I want to display the default value in the text box, default value will change based on drop down value, and default value alrady store in the datatype, I was try to create datapage for get default value passing parameter (dropdown value)

Hi @Eranda10274: If I get this correct, you need to set the value for a text input based on change in dropdown value. You can directly refer the Datapage.PropertyName in the default value to load the initial value for text input. If you need to change the value based on selection of dropdown, then default value is not a suggested option. Instead please try to add a on change - refresh section condition in the dropdown and call a data transform to set the value to the text input based on the selection in dropdown. You can configure the text input to load data declaratively too.
