How to know value from a page in a data page without loading

Hi everobody,

I want to know how can I load a specific page in a data page without pre-loading in the process.

I have used different Pega's functions. However, I deleted the specific page and when I run the process, it calls the service to get the result of this page.

I don't want to call the service, I just want to know if the page exits or not.

Hi,

PageExists RUF takes a page name as parameter and checks if the page exists on the clipboard.

If you have a parameteized data page, you can use tools.getThread.pageExists(name, params) api.

Even if we pass a data page name, this api just checks if the page exists. It does not load the data page

I tried this with a node level data page, and it's definitely causing it load. Any thoughts?

The API findDataPageWithoutLoading should help.  The below post has some information on it's usage:
