How to get number of instances of a class
Is there any table which holds number of class instances also like pr4_rule_vw which stores all rules info

Class rules are stored in pr4_base. Instances of a particular class would be in the table mapped to that class.

Hello,
From the application explorer type your class and click on the class name you can find all the instances.

Hi,
To get number of instances of a class in a system, you can run the following statement:
select count(*) from pr4_base where pxObjClass = 'Rule-Obj-Class' and pyClassName like 'yourclassname%';

This always returns 1 as it will not give the number of rows in 'yourclassname' but gives number of 'yourclassname' in pr4_base which is 1
