How to find the requester who stop the agent manually
In our Applications ,Agents are often stopped manually by unknown user via SMA , so i would like to know how to determine the user who stop the agent manually.Is it possible?

I agree what Phani mentioned. Capturing the name of the user who is starting or stopping agent via SMA

In that way you can capture the users who are stopping or starting agents.
