How to find the privilege required
Hello,
We have a requirement to open the work time by clicking a link in the email. To achieve this, we are using worklink correspondence rule, which is provided OOTB. This correspondence in turn uses work-.open activity to open the work item by using pzInsKey.
However, this is working only when we use the developer portal's URL (/prweb) and with the developer credentials.
When we try this with end portal url (.../prweb/SSO) and provide the end user credentials, we see the following error.
In this regard, can someone help us with what is the privilege it is looking for or how to find out the problem with this. Because, we are not able to trace this session as we get this error as soon as the authentication is done.
And also, we are using the same roles and application for end users as we are using for developer's access group with the only difference of portals.

You could try tracing this with Access Denied events enabled (and Exception).
But from the description it sounds like you have common roles across your successful and unsuccessful operator.
It may also be worth tracing both scenarios and then seeing if this is decided by a when rule which fires off due to the portal type.

Hi Laurence,
I am not able to trace the unsuccessful scenario as it throws the error soon after the login. I could not find this requestor id in remote trace.
Is there any other way I can trace this.

Hi, Yeah it works for developer URL and access group associated with developer credentials. There is no difference in the access groups in terms of roles and privileges. Only difference is the portal.

Just to clarify, do you mean you have a different portal or you're coming in through a different Servlet?
That is, does your successful operator also work correctly when coming in through /prweb/sso ?
