How to fetch the data from External DB using report definitions, is it possible or not ?

thats what is report definition is used for.

Hi Siva,

You can fetch the data from the external DB using Report Definition, but you have to configure the below rules in PEGA

  • Database rule to map the external database
  • Database table rule & Class to map the external table in the external database.
  • Create the report definition in the class created in the second step.(you might need to create the properties in PEGA with the column names you want to fetch into PEGA)
