How to execute data flow from an activity
Hi Friends, I am using dataflow-execute method , as I have to run a data flow by using a report and have to update the list.
while executing data flow from an activity , I am keep getting an error as i am choosing Start operation, pls suggest.

@Sharadk1 please could you specify your Pega version?
Did you check other forum posts for the error 'Cassandra hasn't been started or is unavailable' such as Error while starting Decision Data Store Service in Pega 8.2.1 and DDS service in not started .
As well as the above discussions, you can check the main documentation No decision data store nodes defined .

From info in this post and this post I'm wondering whether you need to add additional configuration.
I would suggest that if checking your full log files does not give you any further troubleshooting ideas that you log a support incident ticket for this.
If you go down this route please can we ask that you provide the incident number here so that we can help track progress for it?
