How to enable Tab based Multi Document using Dynamic Container

Hi,

 

Many customer likes Tab based Multi Document and I used to achieve this using Dynamic Container. How I did in earlier version was, to override Data-Portal.pyCaseManager section to your ruleset and drag & drop "Legacy tabs". Then embed "pyUserDashboardContainer" section into it and also drag & drop "Dynamic Container" next to the section.

Now, in the current latest Pega Platform 8x, there is no such "Legacy tabs" and I am not sure if Tab based Multi Document is still possible. Can someone please let me know how to do it in 8x?

Also, I have attached How-To in 7.4. Please have a look.

You can use the Layout group and display type as Tab and include all dynamic containers in it.

I am unable to accomplish it using Layout group. I don't think it is possible. Instead, I was able to make it by copying a very old out-of-the-box section that has legacy Tab Group and configure it as needed. However I also got tons of severe warnings as shown in the screenshot below.
