how to enable the notification for the operators
We are currently working in Pega 7.4.we want to know how to enable the notification for the operators for the below scenarios
1, When case get routed to specific operator (Need to notify operator for the case assigned)
2,When operator have a list of cases within his work list ,for the case, operator is sending an Email to the client and once response email received from client and attached to the case, (Here we need to notify the operator for the response email).

Can you please elaborate more on this step.
We are created new notification rule, do you want to add the notification rule in assignment notification or need add notification utility in flow?

After routing logic, by invoking the smart shape in flow or invoke the @baseclass.pxNotify activity then you can send the notification for that action.
After processing the income email then invoke the pxNotify activity by passing the required parameters you can send the notification.
