Hi,

Are you talking about the correspondance notification on/off?

If yes, please check this link a flow named "verifysendcorr" can be used to verify the operator on the basis of

which notifications can be sent to operator.

We're aware of VerifySendCorr, but I can't find what we're looking for. It seems a quite commonly needed feature to me hence I prefered to ask if there's an out-of-the-box solution.

Thanks AkshaySinha, but I'm looking for something the other way around. Being able to turn on/off notification for EVERY assignment (where a notificaiton is applicable) to an operator.
