How to download a file in Chrome with special characters such as comma in the filename?

Hi, I am facing a scenario that I have to attach a file which has a comma symbol in the name (Ex.: "Name with Comma, doesn't download.txt"). PEGA attachs correctly, but when I try to download the attachment, it doesn't download in Chrome.

How can I resolve this?

check the browser configuration, may be at user level it is restricted in chrome.
