How does the authentication process work in Pega after a user logs in?
Can any body help me in understanding in details how authentication is done in PEGA after I give my credentials in login screen? Which are the rules being used and can be customized ?

What version of Pega are you on? If you are on Pega 7, we support SAML for SSO OOB.
