LDAP authentication is not working after migration

Hi,

Recently we have migrated from 7.1.9 to 7.3.1 and LDAP authentication is not working in migrated version(7.3.1).

we have observed that only OOTB authentication activity is executed which is configured in authentication service even though we define the rulesets(contains customized activity) in application.

I have checked below list to make sure .

1.Servlet and authentication definition looks fine in Web.XML

2.System Name & node are in place

3. Authentication service connection is good.

Kindly advise if I missed any configuration here. Please revert for any details.

Hi,

 

Most likely reason could be the unauthenticated user doesn't have access to the customized activity. Can you check if the Requestor type BROWSER is pointing to an Unauthenticated Access Group and the Access Group has your application with customized activity as default application.
