@Gopichand MuvvaThere isn't really a straight-forward way to do this through Robotic automation. If I were to think about the steps involved, it would start with parsing the HTML body of the email. You can use the Outlook Connector to find the email message and then from the mail object acquire the HtmlBody. You would then need to parse that to locate the table. There are third-party libraries for parsing Html, but if you wanted to avoid using a those (i.e. you do not have access to Visual Studio), you might be able to use RegEx to parse your table. The Html from an email won't necessarily be well-formatted, so using text or RegEx to parse it or a third-party library would be better than trying to parse it as Xml. Once I was able to navigate through the various table cells and acquire their values, I would then insert them into a LookupTable. From a LookupTable, you can convert that to a DataTable by using the GetTable method and pass that to the ExcelConnector ImportData method. An example posted here wouldn't make sense since your table would differ and might use headers or not making the RegEx or scripts different.

Since both of these are Microsoft products, they tend to have better integration within their ecosystem to pass data between their applications.

It might be a better use of process automation to examine the process for generating the email and see if that can also generate the spreadsheet as an attachment. That would make this much easier to consume for Robotic Process Automation.
