@BaratamR You would need to install Pega OCR Essentials in order to handle scanned PDFs. If they are common forms, then you will have a high chance of reading them accurately while using the PDF connector. You would first use the ProcessToPdfFile method from the Toolbox and then open the Output file in the PdfConnector. From here, you can OCR the entire document and parse it as text, or you can take this file and open it in the connector and use the methods there to navigate the text in the document. You can also try to open the file in Studio and try adding a document type to it by right-clicking it and selecting "Add document type". This may allow you to identify markers and other known areas of the document for use in your automations. This only works if the forms are common, however. If you do have an example of a PDF that you can attach (or if you can create one similar to what you are looking at), I can take a look and attach a sample project.
