How do I hide Doc screen after clicking file name in a case
Hi team,
I have another question about cosmos.
Our client also require to hidden the Doc screen when they click attachment in a case.
How do we hide the Doc screen?
They need to download the file when they click attachment without Doc screen.
When we click file name"test2",
Doc screen is displayed↓ Our client does not need the screen....

@YukiS888 save as the section "pyCaseRelatedContentItem" into your applicaiton ruleset and modify the on-click action on pyLabel to Run Script and call the function listed on navigation rule "pyCaseRelatedContentOptions" along with the function params.

Solution 1:
Save As pyCaseRelatedAttachmentItem section to your application ruleset version and Update using attached document
Solution 2:
Save As "pyAttachmentFeedDescription" control to your application ruleset version and Update the html code as below
if(inlinePreviewCandidate && !sClassName.equalsIgnoreCase("Data-WorkAttach-URL")) { showInlinePreview = "false";
here we need to update showInlinePreview= 'true' to showInlinePreview= 'false'

Solution1 didn't work, but Solution 2 worked partially.
No PDF preview worked by Solution2.
However,
when I click "test3" which is the document name and Doc icon in a case,
the following screen is displayed.
Is there any solution to delete the screen?
The requirement is to download the attachment when users click doc name or icon in a case.
I look forward to your reply.
