How do decide what calendar to use in SLA rule？
The "Only calculate using business days" check box under Passed Deadline in an SLA rule if selected, what calendar does Pega calculate? Is it based on the operator's time zone? or GMT time zones?

@AceC16591747 If the pyCalendar property is defined on workpage/case then this calendar is considered or else the calendar defined on the operator is considered.

Hi @AceC16591747,
When the "Only calculate using business days" check box is selected under Passed Deadline in an SLA rule, Pega calculates the elapsed time using the business calendar defined in the organization record. The business calendar is based on the time zone of the server, not the operator's time zone.
