How to disable submit button(Flow action) or Flow based on the condition
Hi all,
I have a requirement that when I will get reject response from webservice I need to stop the user not to proceed further. for that I did add when condition in the flow but it is stopping all the times(correct response also). so let me know any solution. Button is not in the harness. Tat is flow action button. another way is I have to set a flag in the activity, Based on the flag I need to set in the flow??

Goto Action tab in Flow Action, check on 'Hide Default Action Buttons' option hope it helps .

but based on the condition it sould work right. if I do goto Action tab in Flow Action, check on 'Hide Default Action Buttons' how it will work ??

Hi Bhuveen,
Once you disable the default action button, add your own button in the section and configure the visibilty or disable condition (based on your requirement) using the when rule that you have created.

Thanks for posting to the PSC .
Kindly unit test your when condition for result as it is failing all the time or use tracer to see the result of when condition at run time, to make sure you are getting correct values for each execution.
Your Requirement: When condition is true move with the flow and when condition fails stop user from proceeding.
Follow the below steps:
1. Select 'Hide Default Action Buttons' in Action tab of flow action,
2. Create a new nested layout with 2 layouts. One is showing Buttons that is used to move further when condition passes and another with buttons configured with finish assignment action set.
3. Set visible when condition on both inner layout based on flag of condition result.
