How to delete table Template which not in-used
hi everyone,
I want to delete table Template which not in-used; but PEGA Marketing, it will not allowed.
it keeps display "Template is in use. Fields that cannot be updated are read-only."
in fact, the table template is already not used anywhere.
What i observed is once the template is "online" or "finalized" status then we cant remove it.
anyone could advise on this ?

Thanks for your response.
PEGA support just help me to solve the issue.
For my environment, i need to apply hotfix HFix-34173.jar.
Once the hotfix is applied; the table template is able to removed from PEGA.
if still encounter error - just delete the physical table then delete the table template.
It works now on my environment.

If the Template is in use then you will not be able to delete it. However, once it is finalized you should be able to delete template sucessfully.
If you are not able to edit or delete the template even when it is in the finalized state then you may be experiencing the issue described in the support article SA-37941(https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/db-template-rule-cannot-be-deleted). This article is applicable to Pega Marketing version 7.22. If you are experiencing this behavior in Pega Marketing 7.22, create a Support Request with Pega GCS team for obtain the hotfix mentioned in the Article.
