How to customize the messages in description tab in Audit Trail of a work object

I am using pega OOTB to display description tab in audit history as you can see in attached sample that if any task is created then in description tab , it shows message as "Item Created" but i need it to be displayed as "A case< Case ID> is Created" and another message shows as "Assigned to Akhil Yellanki to ' complete task '." but i wanted it tagged along with it's task name.

Another is If any of the property value is changed (Ex: Currency value "ÜSD" to "INR") then i should also able to see that changes in audit trail as a message under description tab.

Please can anyone help me with it.
