How to create service case with in same I case Pega 8.x CS

Hi All, 

We are using Pega CS 8.X version. When we launch Service case from Add Task button, Service case is getting created in new tab rather than overriding existing I case, like how it was in 7.X version. 

Can someone give an idea to fix it. I see there a quite a few rule changes around CPMPortal rules in 8.X version. 

I have tried playing with pyAddRecentListItem and rules that trigger it. But not much successful.

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for posting the query.

1. Please check the action-set of the service case (pyLabel) link and check the create-work action option. To get the service case in the interaction-case, it should be selected as ajax container.

2. Also, ensure that AjaxContainer should be included in the pyCaseActionArea which is in the interaction class level.
