How to create demo role as "Application Developerauthor_cm@gogoroad" in 8.4

Hi Friends , I am new to PEGA community. I am learning basis now. I downloaded the Latest 8.4 Personal edition for practice. I am using Pega academy exercise for practice. 

There in the exercise I see few demo roles/usres created for us to practice the Exercise.

But those are for 8.1 version. If someone can guide me create the same roles/users in 8.4 version since I am practicing in the 8.4 version.

Also if there is a way to download older version i.e. 8.1, please guide me if possible.
