How to convert a Data Page List to JSON
Hi,
I would like to have a JSON representation (string) for one of our existing Data Type's Data Page List.
Right now, I'm trying to do it manually by looping through the Data Page List and concatenating/appending property values, but I wonder if it's an OOTB way to do this...

You can check the function pxConvertPageToString if it can be used here.

@SoumyadeepB1801 I was about to suggest getJSON() API of ClipboardPage but pxConvertPageToString seems like a better approach because it takes care of date format, encoding and other stuff.

I tried a bit with that function, but I noticed I needed to specify each page individually, i.e. I could not pass the full pxResults of the Data Page list, for example:
@pxConvertPageToString(tools, D_ProductList.pxResults, "json")
The above call throws an error.

@josenavas , You'll have to pass either function the full page, and then string manipulation can remove what you don't want. To make this predictable/easy, consider treating D_ProductList as throwaway. Create a blank Code-Pega-List and use the Engine API ClipboardPage.move() to (instantly) move pxResults to the blank page. Then after you serialize the new page, it's easier to manipulate predictably.

You can use data transform with data model format = json and auto map all data as shown in the attachment.
