Is it possible to convert json to a page list
Hi,
I want to map a Json array recieved on rest service to a page list.
This is an exemple of recieved data :
"Attachments": [ { "DocumentId": "cbc944e9-27a8-4fef-ab53-1a745b10cc7d", "FileName": "conten", "InjectionDate": "01/07/2022", "pxCreateOperator": "content", "pxCreateOpName": "content", "pyCategory": "content", "pyNote": "content" }, { "DocumentId": "dc5db532-9e1c-4a04-8511-6db7981e7b0d", "FileName": "content", "InjectionDate": "01/07/2022", "pxCreateOperator": "content", "pxCreateOpName": "content", "pyCategory": "content", "pyNote": "content" } ]

Yes by using pega OOTB function you can convert the JSON to page/pagelist.
Function = @(Pega-RULES:Page).pxConvertStringToPage(tools, myStepPage,Param.RequestData, "json")
In Param.RequestData have your JSON, then pega will convert the JSON to page/pagelist.
Attached screenshot for reference, after this step got executed pagelist information will be avail in AttachmentInfo page.

@Gunasekaran Baskaranthank you for your reply, it didn't work when i pass pagelist as parameter, do you have a full working exemple please?

In Service Rest - under method request tab get the incoming request in parameter and in service activity first step place the property-set to convert the JSON to page/pagelist. Attached scree-shot for reference.

Hi @BoukhroufH,
You can make use of data transform to map json array to pagelist. I have attached screenshots for reference. During creation of a data transform rule make sure you select JSON in additional config.

@BoukhroufH you would have called an activity in the respective method (Post for example) in Service Rest. so you can call the data transform in that activity and do the required mapping. you need to pass two parameters to the data transform. Refer the attachment.
1) Param.jsonData
2) Param.executionMode
