How to control OpenSpan Runtime programmatically using API or Command
Is there any API or Command that can control OpenSpan Runtime behavior,like load/unload a solution package, start/stop runtime ?
I am thinking about implementing a OpenSpan Runtime Job Scheduler that can control OpenSpan runtime to perform scheduled operations. So a single instance of OpenSpan Runtime can perform multiple automations which belong to different solution packages based on a pre defined job schedule.
For example,
am1:00-am2:00 perform account address change requests.
am2:00-am3:00 perform account billing requests.
etc.

You can do this a number of ways. One way would be like this:
- The load process is controlled by Task Scheduler.
- Pass the path of the deployment package to the runtime on the command line.
- Your packages run for a set time period and then shut themselves down, say 50 minutes.
By doing this you can rearrange the order as needed. This just one way to do it though - while there is no direct API to control this all the tools are in place.

Hi Jeff,
In my solution i am not able to run through command prompt as there are sendkeys implemented and for that user should be logged in.
Any alternate way to achieve this thing.

Create .bat file with below code and you can call this as per your need.
C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\OpenSpan.Runtime.exe Project="<<path of .openspan>>"
