How to Configure View History Button in a Portal

Hi

I have a requirement that i need to configure a View History button in delegeted rules portal. I tried with OOTB Activity Show History , But it is showing error that InsHandle is not Valid infact I am passing right Inskey.

Plz Anyone suggest Best approach of this issue.
