Yes, Genesys CTI.
The Configuration and Operations Guide only gives the following information:
"You can change the location of the Pega Call CTI Link Server log file by modifying the configuration file."
Which configuration file and where to find it on a Unix system?

Logging for CTI should be set via the application Designer Studio>Channel Services>PegaCall>Tools & Settings

Thanks for that, but I already checked the Tools & Settings and as far as I can see there is, as default, no possibility to set the location where to store the files.
The "FileNamePattern" and "MaxFileSize" are set as "Appender Properties".
Can you advice me what property needs to be added to change the file location?
