How Client side Js engine in constellation orchestrate DX API data and react JS of component?

How Client side Js engine in constellation orchestrate DX API data and react JS of component?
Let say, java script for dropdown control is being fetched from pega constellation server. Data to display in the dropdown is fetched from pega infinity server through Data pages using DX APIv2s. Now pega says that constellation java script engine is present in client side i.e browser side to orchestrate the data received from DX Apis and Java script of the dropdown control.
Since, browsers are third party apps, how constellation java script engine will be present in browser or client end? How it will do orchestration? please help. thank you

@Rakeshr7. The Constellation DX Engine orchestrate the caching of the data and how to get them from the server - this layer is loaded automatically when you use the OOB Constellation UI portal - for more details https://support.pega.com/discussion/how-constellation-ux-works
