How can I use Assignment Service ?

Hi all,
I have a scenario that my flow must wait an external service be invoked. When this service is invoked my flow must resume. Looking in all shapes available I found Assignment Service.

My question is, how can I correlate a param of Assignment Service's activity with my flow ?

Can Anyone give me an example or link of documentation that respond this specific question ?

I will try the solution below. But, I think it's strange to put a decision shape to filter who goes ahead and who doesn't. Shouldn’t this configuration be done own it’s own assignment service?
