How can i post data to clipboard, from pre data transform of a flow action
I am initializing few details while creating work item.
I want to update those details before performing assignment.
So i am updating these values in pre DT of flow action of that assignment.
I am seeing values being set to pyWorkpage in tracer (while opening assignment), but these values were not being posted to clipboard, hence i am seeing stale date in UI(data set on case creation).
Tried solutions: Added refresh condition on layout, where we are displaying these details. (Not worked)
manually reloading section from pre DT. (Not worked)
Tried with pre activity in flow action (Not worked)
Tried calling saving activity from pre DT, after setting these values (values were being updated and posted to clipboard and able to see updated data in UI. but not able to open assignment)

@SivakumarS3537 Hi Siva, as a quick checks. Could you try below
1. Check if there are any declarative calls for the counts like declare expressions?
2. Enable watch on that required property

@KiranU , I did check there are no declare expressions configured in system on those fields. Also, i was able to see these values being updated in teacer in pre DT itself, Those updated values were not posted to clipboard. thease being posted after i submit that assignment only.

one more observation i noticed, Assignment is in tabbedscreenflowharness7 harness. counts we are displaying is in review harness.
if i refer the same field in assignment, i am able to see updated value. but this field in review harness is not taking updated value.

1) Can u try moving the DT calling to Connector.
2)Calling the save activity manually from DT.
but the disadvantage with option2) is this will be called each and every time when you open the assignment and might create issues when Back to Back Assignments enabled,

@RamEpuri Hi Ram,
1) We are using screen flow. calling DT from connector will not be possible, but tried by adding utility prior to assignment and tried to call DT from connector next to utility.. but, the problem here is there is a chance that this count will get updated even after case reaches to assignment. at that time, we wont be getting updated value.
2) i tried calling save activity in pre DT, it is working fine and value is being updated in UI. but, unable to open assignment. since, save is being performed.

Hi @SivakumarS3537 ,
For that you can try adding an Action-Set to the above mentioned properties (Total Count and Remaining Roll Out Count).
Configure the Action-Set for both the properties with event as "Change" and action as "Post Value".
This will post the value to the clipboard whenever the property value is changed.

I can apply action-set, if that change is being performed through UI action, but i want to calculate these values(Total and Remaining rollout count) on load of screen (Doing pre processing of Flow action).

Hello, thanks for all you help. here are my additional findings on this issue
We are using cosmos UI.
In cosmos, Assignment is being performed in separate thread(DCSPA_userportal ****) and case details will be there in other thread(case_ID).
Here i am trying to calculate property values in pre processing of flow action. so these details will be there in DCSPA_userportal**** thread.
I wanted to display these values in case information area( Case information details will be taking reference from case_ID thread).
Approached tried:
1. Tried reloading section through requestor level data page and calculating values before case information refresh. but not worked.
tried to implement as below. but none of them worked.
