How to call a flow from the data transform without calling some activity
Hi,
We are not to use a activity and we need to call a flow from the data transform. Is there any way to do that, just like how we call decision table and activity from the DT??

Just like how we call pxExecuteActivity for calling activities in DT...is there any Function or method to call the flow directly

There is a function in Pega Platform 8.3.1 called AddFlow within the Pega-ProCom ruleset.
I'm not sure what version of Pega you have but try searching for it and testing it out. It might be what you're looking for.

What is the use case where a Data Transformation requires the creation of a Flow?
Data Transforms should take responsibility for mapping one instance of data to another.
Anyone looking to re-use that Data Transformation would not be expecting a Flow to be started.
Starting a Flow is best done from another Flow or perhaps an Activity. I would rather justify a guardrail warning on an Activity that starts a Flow than have a Data Transform start a Flow just to avoid a guardrail warning (if that's why you're doing it).
