Hi Abhishek,

I am not sure about the exact rules which are involved in the survey components however, I believe;  to start with you should enable Live UI or run fiddler / tracer to get an idea about the UI related components present in this case. If you can identify the section and the associated structure ( e.g. Grid ); then you can further work on it to customize styling as per your requirement.
