How can get attachment in e-mail ?

I created a account email and um listen email in Gmail. I was able to get the information from the email how title, subtitle, send email and content. But I no was able to get attachment.

How able to get attachment ? And update case in Pega with the attachment ?

Hi,

In Tracer, try to check to check if the if there is an entry in the pyAttachmentPage. 

Also, check if the name of the attachment is same as the same of the email. I have seen an issue where if the name of the attachment matches the name of the email, then it is not getting the attachment and vice-versa. 

Please update the PRPC version you are using. I can probably check that once.
