How to attch different file format to work objects using listioners

Hi,

I have a requirement where files with different formats (like CVS,PDF,Doc,EmailMessage,Screenshots) will be stored in a folder,I want to read those files using some listioners and auto attach files to relevent workobjects.

Can any one suggest any approach for it?
