How to add dropdown values in the System Architect Essentials - HOW TO ADD OPTIONAL ACTIONS TO A CASE
In the HOW TO ADD OPTIONAL ACTIONS TO A CASE topic there is dropdown Home Office dropdown but how do I add that dropdown has not been shown in the previous topic. AM I missing something or can you guide me on how to add the dropdown?

You can add a drop-down control and configure it with a Local list in the property.
For steps to configure a dropdown, you can find it in Designing a User Interface exercise.

Hi Prashant
1. You can source the dropdown with the results of Datapage , RD and clipboard page based on your requirements .
2. For optional Actions :
a. G0 to workflow and there you can see optional actions tab .
b . You can select to add a case wide actions or stage wide .
c. when you run the case , from the actions button on the top right you can see your optional actions .
