How to add column numbers with specified header?

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with repeating layout:

We have a section with repeat grid and we need to add column numbers with specified header. I know about "Display row numbers" checkbox on presentation tab of Layout Properties. It adds a column on left side of grid, but its unable to specify header  text.

How can it be specified?
