1.  Footer using a HTMLToPDF activity parameter. Configuration and Footer. Reference 

2. Customised footer- Different for the first page and subsequent pages.

3. Alternatives

You can pass pyPDFHeaderHTMLTemplate,pyPDFFooterHTMLTemplate to HTMLtoPDF.
