Pay close attention to what has the current focus. Is it a button for example on the far right? That would explain the behavior, if so.

I opened a report from a button action using "Open URL in Window" and the report is opening up with scroll bars. The horizontal scroll bar is moved to right side by default, with which we are unable to see the left most columns on load. we need to drag the scroll bar to left manually to see the columns, Now I want to check whether we can do some settings to make the scroll bar at left on load.

Hi,
The current focus might be going to some (editable) field which is at extereme right So the scrollbar is going to right. Please check that and to avoid it you may add any editable field at extreame left.

check the Harness of the particular section and change the container format to No Header /No format.
Issue will be resolved instead of changing the close icon in other section
Root cause: Container format as default to standard
