Horizontal bar disappears after check-in
Hi There,
Horizontal bar disappears after check-in. It re-appears when in a private edit mode. It again disappears when check-in or private edit is cancelled.

We are not sure of the horizontal bar you are referring to. Could you please elaborate with screenshots so that we have a better understanding of the scenario.

Can you please check the do an Inspect Element using Developers tools and try to find out what is the CSS difference in Private Checkout/Checkin Mode.
It seems that "overflow: scroll" is mentioned on div in case of Private Checkouts.

I just added a component (Text Input and Formatted Text) in Standard 4. and Then I use that Standard 4 in a Control format of a Text Area.
Now, everytime i checked-in the rule (skin - component) , the horizontal disappears.
