Home Page Link

Hi ,

Whenever I click on Work Basket and again click on home link , as getting as work basket list as home screen.

If click/ open a work object whether it is in perform or review then I click on Home Screen I getting the home screen.

Any Idea would be appreciated.

Hello,

I'm not fully understanding this issue. So when you click a WorkObject you get the home screen?

Do you try that with an Out-Of-The-Box user? Is it the same thing?

I guess the best approach might to trace the replication scenario.

Then issue is when I click on Work Basket List on Home Page. ( pyDashboardRight )

The list of Work objects is displaying. 

When I click on Home link (Portal Navigation) home page is not displaying but the list of Work objects is with respect the previous screen.

When I perform the same action on Company Logo (Portal Header) am getting home page as per expectation.

Both Task we are using same Code

a. "pega.desktop.showHarness"

b. removeScreenLayoutMask

c. Replace Current Harness.

Hi Marc,

 

The issue is fixed by just removed the third step "replace current harness".

Now I am using 2 steps mentioned above and its working fine.
