CreateWork on Link Action opens in the Home Tab
Hi,
We have a link in the Manager tab which has action - "CreateWork" called. The CreateWork has the StartManagerOperator flow being called.
In 6, this used to open in a separate tab but after upgrade to Pega 7.3, its opening in the home tab itself. Please suggest a solution.

From which version did you upgrade? If this is 6 version, can you please check if you are now using "Dynamic Container" instead of "Work Area". Also, please refer to Pega Plattform 7.3 upgrade guide.

I found the below article,very similar to the issue we are facing.We just have CreateWork instead of Harness on the Action of the link.I tried the solution mentioned but it didn't work for me.

I do not have external access from our VM. I can explain how it is configured.
We have a section in the Manager Tools. The section has a link with Action as CreateWork. In that we our calling the flow StartManageOperator of the class Group-Work-MaintainOperators.
This section is included in a Container - Legacy Styles - TabGroup. Please let me know if any other information is required.
