I looked into properties and checked refresh when active and defer load contents. Its still not working as expected. Please provide some more insight on what can be done.

We are using version Pega 7. Actually while working on a work item when we procces it and it's status changes after closing the work item when we click on the dashboard , over there changed work item status is not reflected untill we maunally refresh it from the IE refresh button. We want that as soon as we close/return froma work item it's updated status should be reflected.

Please suggest how can we do this.

Thankyou @sahup1 . it worked . but still there is a issue that it does not consider work item whose status is "new"
