Help with understanding rules/rulesets BAE 8
I am understanding nearly everything in BAE 8 Case Management modules except for the rules/rulesets/classes/hierarchy. Are there any additional resources I can read that may go into more detail on these concepts?

You can browse Pega Community to find Community articles and Help topics that might be helpful. After you complete the Configuring a case type exercise at the end of the Case Management section of BAE, it might be helpful for you to take some time and poke around in Dev Studio to see the different rules Pega created. For example, you created a Validate request process in App Studio. In Dev Studio, in the App Explorer, in AssistanceRequest > Process > Flow, you can see Pega created a ValidateRequest flow rule.
