Help setup on Flow Action
Hello,
I am trying to configure Help setup for one my flow actions in Pega 8.1 version. I have given sample help text in Help setup tab. In the section used by my flow action, I included pzActionHelp control.
At run time I see the help icon but I dont see any action on click of help icon.
PFA for the configuration made by me for reference.
Any suggestions on how to configure Help setup would be appreciated.

Hello,
PFA for configurations made by me for reference. I tried tracing but dont see anything being traced. Hope thats because we are using a control and has js in it. Also I didnt see any errors in console using F12.

can you try the below suggestion and let me know the results:
Save the PegaGadet Ruleset version of the rules into the implementation layer.

I see that there is only one version of the rule- pzActionHelp which is in Pega-Gadgets ruleset version. So that didnt help too.

Yes, so did you save it in your implementation ruleset and then tried?

Hi Vikash,
pzActionHelp control is a final rule and couldnt saved to my implementation ruleset. I see that it is working as expected when the flow action is used in Standard flow. The issue is observed only with flow actions used in screen flow. Is there anything that can be done while using screen flows.

Working just fine on my system here. Can you try with Fiddler maybe to check if you could have a JavaScript issue or something like that?

I have just observed that it is working in standard flow but not in screen flow.

I think the configuration document is not attached. Can you please attach. Also, did you see any tracer exceptions at runtime?
