Help with creating System Document
I have been unable to successfully print system documentation from my Pega application.
Initially we experienced extreme latency leading to timeout errors whens attempting to download the document. To mitigate this we have supressed the rules that are not currently being leveraged for our current build. I have now been able to download the document, however the sub flow diagrams are not printing. They have been selected and even have a section, however where the flow should print, only the words 'Process Flow' exist (See Attached).
Has anyone ever seen this, or have any thoughts on how I might be able to diagnose or fix my issue?

which document type you are talking about : Application Profile. Application Document or Specification document ?
Also which version are you on ?

I have tried to produce all of the documents. I am able to successfully produce an application Profile and spec doc. The Application Document will not create (it will time out)

I saw two different examples of this issue several years ago, and the two solutions were very different, so I offer them here to see if either helps you:
1) One person had only the first flow diagram show up and not the rest, and once they turned on all the worktype criteria checkboxes on the settings for the documentation, they were able to see the rest of the flow diagrams.
2) Someone else had a siteminder issue having to do with double slashes in url's being rejected, so you may want to do a temporary test where you eliminate siteminder from the configuration just to see if the issue goes away, or temporarily relax siteminder's criteria for rejection.

Neither of these are the issue. I have chosen settings in many different ways to no avail. And there is not a rejection exactly, the document creates, most of the time.

Might this be happening because it is too large? One thing to try is to at least temporarily use the various checkmarks during configuration of the app document to limit what it includes. Although this may be undesirable since you don't really want to limit it, if you find that the time-out issue goes away when you do this, it will confirm that the time-out is due to it having been too large.
